Elle Decor November 2015: Samurai Bloom and Provocation
The November 2015 issue of Elle Decor highlighted two Beacon Hill fabrics. Samurai Bloom, an Italian silk and Lurex jacquard shown in Island Blue, was given kudos in the magazine’s “Trend Alert” section highlighting beautiful brocades. The fabric, whose cherry blossom pattern symbolizes life’s ephemeral transience, is ideal for drapery, light upholstery and decorative accessories. Then, in the magazine’s “Inspiration” section, the editor’s chose to feature Provocation, a free-spirited abstract pattern made of cotton, silk and polyester. Shown in Emerald, the fabric resembles a beautiful piece of modern art.
